Yes, this is chi.mp. At the moment it is currently still in Beta and you need an invitation code to join. Unfortunately, I have no invitation codes because they are being limited, but you can probably pick one up on Twitter.
What is great about the service, is you get your own .mp domain for free. I was lucky enough to be one of the first people to use the service, so grabbed myself harry.mp 
Basically, it rolls all of your social networking sites into one. It also has an album section for photos, and apparently a blogging kind of thing as well. I only started using it last night so haven’t quite got my head around all of the features, but it seems like an awesome idea. The only fault I currently have is it takes a long while to update the feed.
It is also an OpenID provider! harry.mp is so much easier than hbbear.myopenid.com!
Chi.mp seems a lot like YouMeO, however I have not had a proper look at YouMeO so am not entirely sure.

You’ve got a Barcaky-style one for your Gmail address, but then the default patterny thing for whatever email address you’re using now.

They’re both Baracky-style for me :-/ My icon on harry.mp is the same as my gravatar, so it should all be the same…
